About Void2Value

Freight moves with empty space in it. We make it bookable.

The problem

A container, a truck or a pallet position rarely leaves full. That unsold volume costs the carrier the same to move whether it carries goods or air, and it is invisible to anyone who might have wanted it.

How it works

Carriers we have vetted publish the space they have left on shipments that are already going. Shippers book it by the cubic metre. The carrier fills capacity they had already paid for; the shipper pays less than a dedicated shipment would cost.

What we hold

Your card is charged once the booking is accepted, and the amount is then held — the carrier is not paid at that point. Money only moves once the shipment is genuinely under way, or if the booking is cancelled, as the cancellation policy states; until then we keep the ability to refund you. Card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers.

A closed network

Carriers do not sign themselves up. Each one is invited, checked, and onboarded through Stripe before a single offer can be published.
